Can I start in five minutes?
You can usually create an account and begin the technical setup in minutes. Email verification, provider approval, method availability and live payout readiness can take longer.
Is the total processing fee always 1%?
No. 1% is the KoviraPay platform fee. Providers, networks, conversion and separately authorized reseller markups can add charges. Check the actual route before making promises to customers.
Do I need KYC or KYB?
There is no blanket exemption. The provider, payment method, country and risk profile determine which checks are needed. Approval is not guaranteed.
Why are no payment methods available?
Check that the merchant enabled the method, provider status is healthy, amount meets minimums, the FX rate is current and this route is approved.
Why does my checkout say pending or review?
A callback is not the same as confirmed settlement. Some routes require independent blockchain verification. Keep the order pending while the status is not completed/confirmed.
When is a WooCommerce order really paid?
Only after verified live status and confirmed settlement—not when a customer lands on a return page.
How do I connect WooCommerce?
Install the published plugin, create a one-time Quick Connect code in Dashboard → API & Webhooks and paste it into the plugin. The code expires after five minutes.
How do I verify webhook signatures?
Compute HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp, event ID and the exact raw body using the endpoint secret; compare in constant time, check freshness and deduplicate. See the full API documentation.
Who handles a customer refund?
The selling merchant is responsible for refunds and consumer support. Whether a payment rail can technically reverse a payment depends on that provider or blockchain.
Where can I get technical help?
Contact support with the merchant account email and non-sensitive payment reference. Never send private keys, API credentials or card numbers.
