Terms of Use
Clear conditions for merchants, developers and everyone using KoviraPay.com.
KoviraPay.com provides software for hosted checkout, payment links, merchant integration, provider routing, payment-status notifications and supported blockchain settlement workflows. These Terms govern access to the website, dashboard, APIs and related software.
Read before use: KoviraPay.com does not guarantee that any merchant, transaction, payment method or blockchain route will be approved or available. Independent payment providers may conduct identity, business, sanctions and risk checks. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using KoviraPay.com, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into the agreement.
Registration does not guarantee access to production payments. You must provide accurate account and business information, keep it current and comply with laws that apply to your activities and customers.
2. What KoviraPay.com does
KoviraPay.com supplies merchant software that creates checkout sessions, presents available provider routes, receives and verifies payment events, sends signed webhooks and displays transaction information. It is not the seller of a merchant's goods or services and does not itself guarantee the execution, approval or reversal of a payment.
Where a payment uses an independent provider, that provider operates its own payment infrastructure and determines eligibility, processing restrictions and provider-side compliance. Where a supported V3 blockchain route is used, smart contracts and the relevant blockchain execute the settlement rules specific to that route. Actual roles depend on the payment method selected.
Descriptions of technology or third-party integrations are not promises that a regulated authorization, processing method or particular provider is available to every merchant.
3. Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for its products and services, accurate descriptions and pricing, required customer notices, consumer rights, taxes, delivery, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and customer support. Do not describe a payment as completed based only on a browser return page, an unverified event or a pending transaction.
Merchant systems must confirm the authenticated payment status, the correct transaction amount and currency, the live/test environment and the confirmed settlement state before releasing goods or services. Merchants must protect customer information they collect and provide legally required disclosures to their customers.
4. Acceptable use and restricted activity
KoviraPay.com may be suitable for lawful standard and higher-risk industries, but acceptance depends on each payment route and the relevant provider's rules. No activity is automatically approved simply because a website can be registered.
You must not use the service for unlawful sales, scams, phishing, stolen payment credentials, fraudulent transactions, laundering, sanctions evasion, unlicensed financial products, exploitation or abuse of minors, trafficking, unauthorized access to systems, malicious software distribution or deceptive marketing. You must not circumvent provider restrictions, misrepresent the identity or purpose of the merchant or disguise transaction origin or destination.
We may request relevant verification information, restrict methods, reject transactions or suspend access when required by technical, risk, provider or legal concerns, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
5. Independent payment providers
Provider availability, permitted industries, geographic eligibility, identity checks, transaction limits and accepted payment methods are determined independently and may change. Payment-provider and wallet-provider terms may also apply during a handoff. Merchant account creation does not waive provider KYC or KYB.
KoviraPay.com cannot overturn third-party compliance decisions or promise that a payment will be approved, that a particular fee will be offered or that a provider can return funds on demand. Contact the provider for decisions it controls, and contact KoviraPay.com support for platform integration issues.
6. Blockchain settlement and wallet safety
For supported non-custodial V3 routes, the software may create a deterministic session contract and use fixed configured destinations for the merchant share and the platform fee. An approved route must be verified for its specific network and asset before production use. Not every crypto transaction uses the same contract, provider or settlement mechanism.
Merchants are responsible for configuring wallets under their control and verifying the network, token, address and destination. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; transfer errors and network fees may not be recoverable. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or recovery credentials to KoviraPay.com support.
7. Platform fees and other charges
The advertised standard 1% platform fee applies to eligible transactions on the routes and terms where that fee is disclosed. Independent providers, blockchain networks, conversions and authorized third parties may charge additional amounts. Thus 1% is not necessarily the total transaction cost.
The applicable fee and calculation basis should be reviewed before enabling a route. Where an immutable V3 smart contract is used, the fee allocation is set for that contract's session. Merchants remain responsible for their own taxes and customer-facing pricing disclosures.
8. Refunds, disputes and reversals
The selling merchant is responsible for handling buyers' complaints, fulfillment and lawful refund requests. A refund or reversal may be limited by the provider, payment method or irreversible blockchain settlement. Chargeback procedures and fees are determined by the relevant provider or agreement.
A platform-side success message is not a promise of refundability. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Accounts, credentials and security
You must use strong unique credentials, protect your API keys and webhook secrets, restrict access to authorized users and notify support promptly about suspected compromise. Do not expose secret keys in browsers, public repositories, log exports or support tickets. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may apply rate limits, security challenges and protective restrictions when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, account takeover, fraudulent checkout creation or attacks on the platform.
10. Privacy and data handling
To operate and protect the service, KoviraPay.com may process account information (such as email and authentication data), merchant settings, wallet addresses, checkout amounts and status records, webhook settings, transaction identifiers, support correspondence, IP addresses, device information and security/audit logs. Certain transactions and wallet activity are publicly visible on their blockchains.
Information is used to provide checkout and account functions, verify and reconcile transactions, deliver essential notifications, investigate abuse, improve reliability and meet applicable obligations. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, security and payment infrastructure providers, independent payment providers and blockchain services, or disclosed when legally required. Those providers may have separate privacy notices.
Records are retained for operational, security, dispute and legally required periods, which vary by record type. Account closure does not necessarily remove transaction proofs or records that must be retained. Requests to access, correct or delete eligible personal information can be made through our contact page, subject to applicable rights and verification requirements.
This section is an overview of data practices. It must be supplemented with any further notices, controller identification, processing details or rights disclosures that applicable privacy law requires.
11. Cookies and analytics
The website and merchant dashboard can use session or security cookies and similar technical identifiers for login, fraud prevention and basic operation. Public marketing pages can collect first-party pageview counts, approximate visitors identified by hashed session identifiers and referring website domains. These analytics exclude checkout, payment-status, API and account pages; raw IP addresses and complete device identifiers are not stored by this analytics feature. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored. An administrator can delete analytics older than 30, 90 or 180 days.
Optional Google Analytics 4, if configured, is loaded on public marketing pages only after an affirmative visitor opt-in. Refusing does not prevent access to the site. Other optional analytics or marketing technology must comply with applicable notice and consent rules.
You can control certain browser storage through your device settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent dashboard login or checkout functions.
12. Availability and external services
Software and information are supplied on an "as available" basis. Features, APIs, networks and provider integrations can change or become unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security events, changing eligibility or provider decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular transaction result.
Access to documentation does not guarantee an active provider relationship or production processing permission.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KoviraPay.com is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party provider actions, network failures, merchant content, unauthorized credential disclosure or a merchant's use of incorrect wallet details. These Terms do not exclude liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, security risks, suspected fraud, failure to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements or discontinuation of a feature, subject to any required notice and legal obligations. Merchants remain responsible for outstanding customer and record-keeping obligations.
15. Changes and severability
We may amend these Terms as the software and services evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections and any separately signed agreement take precedence where applicable.
16. Questions and notices
For questions about these Terms, technical problems or security concerns, use KoviraPay.com support. Include an account or payment reference when relevant, but never send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or full payment-card details.
